Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 whole wheat tortilla(roti)

  • 1 cup crumbled paneer

  • 1 tablespoon ginger and green chilli paste

  • 1 Salt to taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin coriander powder

  • 1Pinch of turmeric the

  • 1 pinch of asafoetida

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander

  • 1 Tomato sauce as required

  • 1 process cheese

  • 2Chutney and salad for serving

Directions

    Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds , asafoetida and green chilli, ginger paste, onions and saute it for 2 minutes.

    Add paneer , red chilli powder , turmeric powder, salt and cumin coriander powder mix it well

    KathiĀ Paneer mixture is ready. Allow it to cool down completely.

    Now add chaat masala and fresh coriander leaves in it.mix well

    Now spread tomato sauce on the roti.

    Spred paneer mixture in the center. and start folding the rotis from both the sides..

    Grill rotis using drops of butter or oil on tava.

  • 08

    Cut in to two slice and serve with green chutney. Tomato chutney or salad..
