Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 whole wheat tortilla(roti)


  • 1 cup crumbled paneer


  • 1 tablespoon ginger and green chilli paste


  • 1 Salt to taste


  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin coriander powder


  • 1Pinch of turmeric the


  • 1 pinch of asafoetida


  • 1 teaspoon cumin


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion


  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala


  • 2 teaspoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander


  • 1 Tomato sauce as required


  • 1 process cheese


  • 2Chutney and salad for serving

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds , asafoetida and green chilli, ginger paste, onions and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Add paneer , red chilli powder , turmeric powder, salt and cumin coriander powder mix it well
  • Kathi Paneer mixture is ready. Allow it to cool down completely.
  • Now add chaat masala and fresh coriander leaves in it.mix well
  • Now spread tomato sauce on the roti.
  • Spred paneer mixture in the center. and start folding the rotis from both the sides..
  • Grill rotis using drops of butter or oil on tava.
  • Cut in to two slice and serve with green chutney. Tomato chutney or salad..
