  • Steak: 1 kg Beef Fillet 1 tbsp Garlic paste Salt (as required) 1 tsp Black pepper (pounded) 1/2 tsp Meat Tenderiser (if u need extra tender meat) Pepper Sauce: 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup Nestle or Cooking Cream 1/2 tsp Garlic paste little Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper (pounded) 1 tsp Parsely 1 tbsp All Purpose flour Stirfried Veggies: 4 cups Veggies Chunks (Cauliflower or Brocolli, Carrots, French Beans, Boiled Peas) 1/2 tsp Black pepper (pounded) 1 tbsp Garlic (pounded) Salt (as required)

    Steak: Cut Fillet into thick slices, marinate in above for 3-4 hrs, fry in nonstick pan using butter till golden brown, remove on a platter. Pepper Sauce: Use same pan you used to fry fillet, add all ingredients except parsely, cook till it thickens stirring at intervals. Put steak and toss well garnish with parsely or just top up on fried steak pieces and serve. Stirfried Veggies: In a pan add little oil and keep on flame add garlic and saute then add veggies and toss add salt n pepper n stirfry on high flame for 10 mins.
