2 cups Nido (Milk powder) 1 cup Almond powder 1/2 cup Evaporated milk 3 tbsp Ghee 1 cup Khoya (Mawa) Chasni: 1 n hlf cup Sugar 1 n hlf cup Water 1 tsp Ice Cream Essence pinch of Color (of your choice)
Directions
Rub all ingredients into bread crumbs like and keep aside Chasni: Boil water and sugar to 2 string consistency add color and essence mix well add in milk powder mixture and mix well, keep off flame. Pour on a greased thaali and spread evenly with a flat bottom bowl then sprinkle almond flakes and warak. Cut in squares and let it cool completely.
