Heat the ghee in a thick bottom pan and rosted dry fruites in ghee.
Now add the sugar in the left ghee and add 1/4 cup of water. Keep the flame continuously with the spoon when the sugar starts dissolving
mix the mava /khoya together. Now remove it from the flame. Mix it with sesame seeds, nuts, gulkand and coconut , stirring it with a spoon. Mix it well with both hands. If moisture is low then add some cream or milk. Now make the laddus .... Delicious and nutritious laddus for festivals
