Soak almond and cashew nut for 15 minutes and blanch almonds.
Grind cashew and almonds together in a mixer grinder and keep it aside.
Boil soaked chickpea with potatoes. Let it cool. Clean spinach and keep it aside.
In a separate mixer jar, grind boiled chickpea, potatoes along with all the masala powder and salt.
To it add, ground cashew and almonds paste and pulse a second to get well combined with mashed mixture.
Transfer the blended mixture onto a plate and add garam flour and mix well.
In a plate add diced vegetables and mix well. Take a round ball of kebab mixture and flatten well. Dab with the diced vegetables and insert a skewer and shape well.
Arrange on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes in 180 degree Celsius. Healthy seekh kebab is baked without a single drop of oil.
