4 pieces of brown bread
3/4 cup wheat flour
2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cashew nuts
3 tsp condensed milk
3 tsp ghee
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pineapple essence
First of grind the bread pieces for making the bread crumbs.
Then add all the dry ingredients together .
Then add all wet ingredients in it.
Now your batter is ready and then prepare a cake mould by greasing ghee and butter paper in it.
Then pour the prepared batter in it and over the batter place the splitted cashew nuts.
Heat the steamer and place the cake mould in it and steam it for 50 minutes to 1 hour by checking with the help of a toothpick.
If the toothpick comes out clearly then the cake is properly steamed.
Now your pineapple flavour Brown bread cashew steam cake is ready.
Cut into pieces and serve.
