Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of brown bread


  • 3/4 cup wheat flour


  • 2 cup milk


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts


  • 3 tsp condensed milk


  • 3 tsp ghee


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp pineapple essence

Directions

  • First of grind the bread pieces for making the bread crumbs.
  • Then add all the dry ingredients together .
  • Then add all wet ingredients in it.
  • Now your batter is ready and then prepare a cake mould by greasing ghee and butter paper in it.
  • Then pour the prepared batter in it and over the batter place the splitted cashew nuts.
  • Heat the steamer and place the cake mould in it and steam it for 50 minutes to 1 hour by checking with the help of a toothpick.
  • If the toothpick comes out clearly then the cake is properly steamed.
  • Now your pineapple flavour Brown bread cashew steam cake is ready.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
