  • 1 cup hesaru kalu

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 bunch spinach

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 green chillies

  • 2 cup water

  • 1 onions

  • 3 tsp oil

Directions

    Wash hesaru kalu and rice properly and soak for 4 hours in water

  • 02

    Then grind the mixture by adding chopped spinach,green chillies ,water and make a batter like dosa batter and add salt , onions and mix the batter properly

  • 03

    Then preheated appam pan add oil then add batter and roast the appam on both sides until it cook completely

  • 04

    Then its ready to eat with coconut chutney
