Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup Basmati rice

  • 1 and half cup water

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 cup smashed paneer

  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 4 green chillies

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/ 2 cup chopped beans and carrot

  • 1 cloves

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 inch cinnamon

  • 4 tsp oil

  • 2 cardamom

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp biryani masala

  • 1/4 cup roasted besan

  • 1 tsp gram masala

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 tsp orange colour

  • 1/2 cup corainder leaves

Directions

    kofta process: Take a bowl add smashed potatoes , smashed paneer,salt,ginger and garlic paste ,2 green chillies,garam masala and red chillies and besan mix it properly and make small size balls

    roast the balls on a pre heated appam pan on both sides using oil

  • 03

    Cooking Rice:Take a vessel add water ,cloves and jeera and few drops oil for boiling after few minutes add rice it should be cooked about 80% then switch off the flame and drain the excess water from the rice

    Curry procedure: Take a pan add oil,cloves,jeera, cinnamon ,bay leaf then add onions ,tomatoes , chopped beans and carrots,green chillies pieces

    Then add ginger garlic paste after it became turn brown add red chilli powder,biryani masala,salt and curd keep stirring untill oil separate from the mixture then add water and coriander leaves then add kofta to the curry and mix well

    Final Cook: Take a pan add kofta curry one layer then add cooked rice second layer then add remaining kofta curry and add rice , corainder leaves add few drops of orange colour which is mixed with water and cook for few minutes with tightly close the lid

    Then its ready to eat with wonderful platter
