Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 300 gram paneer


  • 2 onion


  • 1 inch Ginger


  • 10 cashewnut


  • 10 almonds


  • 2 teaspoon melon seeds


  • 2 teaspoon raisins


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 2 teaspoon ghee


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 teaspoon salt as per taste


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 3-4 cloves


  • 2 green cardamom


  • 1 black cardamom


  • 4- 5 black peppercorns


  • 2 green chilli


  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves

Directions

  • firstly soaked the cashew, almond and melon seeds into warm water for 1-2 hours.
  • transfer the soaked cashew, almond and melon seeds into Blender jar and blend into smooth paste.
  • roughly chop onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and cut the Paneer into cubes. keep aside.
  • heat up ghee in a pan add roughly chopped onion and fry until it get light golden.
  • add ginger, garlic and Saute 2-3 minutes. after that add 1/2 Cup water into it and stir well. cover and cook for about 3-4 minute.
  • turn off the gas. transfer the mixture into Blender jar and blend into smooth paste.
  • heat up an another pan add ghee, cumin seeds, bay leaf, green chilli and whole spices and saute for until nice fragrant. Add onion puree and cook 4-5minutes.
  • add cashew, almond paste mix and saute 2-3 minutes more.
  • now add curd mix well in low flame and cook until the oil start to leaves.
  • add milk fenugreek leaves, black pepper powder, paneer and fresh cream and mix it really good.
  • add water,salt and stir well cover and cook for about 5 minutes. On medium flame.
  • after that take out it into a serving dish and garnish with some grated paneer, raisins and fresh mint leaves.
  • serve with roti, naan, paratha anything which you like.
