Deep fry Puffed Rice in batches at first in hot oil on a medium high heat and keep aside until use.
Meanwhile deep fry washed and dried curry leaves too.
Simultaneously deep fry dry red chillies, almonds and cashews too.
Also deep fry peanuts and gram dal too.
As for the chaat, mix everything well along with the rest of the ingredients mentioned and serve immediately. Serve this mouthwatering chaat as and when needed.
