First make the dough
In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour,add salt and ghee,,mix with finger tips
Add watera little at a time and knead to make a soft dough
Cover the dough and set aside to rest until the filling is ready
In a bowl add in tofu,, crumble it
Add in chopped capsicum, chopped coriander leaves chopped,spinach,chopped,green chilli
Red chilli powder,aamchur powder,salt,haldi powder,mix all ingredients well
Now again knead the dough,divide into equal portions
Make lemon size balls
Take one ball,dust in the flour
Flatten it on the rolling boardby pressing down
Roll the dough out in 3 inch diameter circle
Dustin with flour in between to prevent dough from sticking to the surface
Place 1 tsp filling o the circle
Fold the edges
Once sealed ress down the paratha with your palmto release any air pocket
Give it a gentle roll, with the pin
Preheat tava on medium heat and lace the filled dough
Allow to cook on medium heat for 30-35 seconds
Then flip
Add this stage a tsp of ghee and sread it around
Flip again spread a little more ghee
And keep pressing the paratha until crispy from both sides
Remove on plate
Serve with chutney, pickle and curd
