Ingredients

  • Masoor dal 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 1/3 cup

  • Margarine 2 tbs

  • Olieve Oil 1/4 cup

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Whole wheat flour 1/3 cup

  • Cardmom 1

  • Baking powder 1 table spoon.

  • Baking soda 1 table spoon

    Socked masoor dal 1 1/2 hours

    Wash it well.

    Add it mixer grinder and also add cardamom and cinnamon.

    Grinded it.

    Take pan add margarine and suger half portion.

    Caramelized it.

    Add mansoor dal stir it contiously.

    Add margarine also stir for 6 minutes.

    Remove it

    Take bowl add flour baking powder and baking soda .

    Mixed it well

    Add oil.

    Add caramelized masoor dal.

    Cake batter is ready

    Take a cake mould bowl grease it with oil,spread flour also.

    Add cake batter.Take a kodai keep it cake mould for 18 minutes with low flame.

    Remove it.

    Take a plate turn over cake mould bowl.

    Spread sugar powder , cut one piece serve Caramelized Masoor Dal Cake.
