Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup Lobia


  • 2 chopped onion


  • 2 chopped tomatoes


  • 1 tea spoon Red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder


  • 1 tea spoon corriander and cumin powder


  • 1 tea spoon Ajwain


  • 2 tea spoon Curry leaves


  • 2 tea spoon corriander leaves


  • 1/2 tea spoon Salt


  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar


  • 1/2 tea spoon garam masala


  • 1 tea spoon ginger garlic and green chilly paste


  • 1 tea spoon Jeera


  • Oil 2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Wash Lobia and boil it in cooker up to 3 whistle.
  • Put one pan on flame add oil in to the pan.
  • Add Jeera ajwain roast for 30 seconds now add chopped onion fry till onion turned pink now add ginger garlic and green chilly paste roast till masala cooked properly.
  • Add corriander and cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and Red chilly powder. Mix altogether.
  • Now add finely chopped tomatoes and roast till tomatoes cook soft. Add salt
  • Now add boiled Lobia with water. Mixed all.. Add sugar mix all properly.
  • Adjust consistency by adding water as per required.
  • Lobia Gravy is ready to serve. Sprinkle corriander leaves and serve with roti or plain rice taste very good.
