Wash Lobia and boil it in cooker up to 3 whistle.
Put one pan on flame add oil in to the pan.
Add Jeera ajwain roast for 30 seconds now add chopped onion fry till onion turned pink now add ginger garlic and green chilly paste roast till masala cooked properly.
Add corriander and cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and Red chilly powder. Mix altogether.
Now add finely chopped tomatoes and roast till tomatoes cook soft. Add salt
Now add boiled Lobia with water. Mixed all.. Add sugar mix all properly.
Adjust consistency by adding water as per required.
Lobia Gravy is ready to serve. Sprinkle corriander leaves and serve with roti or plain rice taste very good.
