Couscous Stuffed Spinach Wrap With Hung Curd Dip

  • For stuffing - 1 cup cous-cous

  • 1 small onion finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato finely chopped

  • 1 carrot finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup peas

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • For hung curd dip - 1/2 cup hung curd

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp salt 1 tsp tomato sauce

  • About 1/4 cup Oil for cooking

  • 3-4 spinach tortillas


  • First for hung curd dip - in a bowl take hung curd ,add red chilli powder ,salt and tomato sauce .mix all ingredients well . Hung curd dip is ready .keep this aside .
  • Now for stuffing - first take one pot ,add 2 cups water .now add some salt and 1 tsp oil . Now add cous -cous .,cover it and cook for about 4-5 minutes .keep this cooked couscous aside .
  • Now in a pan ,add 2tsp oil .then add chopped onion ,carrot and peas . Saute it for about 3-4 minutes .then add chooped tomatoes .cook until they becomes soft .then add salt ,red chilli powder and garam masala powder .mix well ,then add cooked cous cous .mix well .turn off the burner .stuffing is ready .
  • Now take one spinach tortilla ,then take 1 tsp hung curd dip . Apply this all over tortilla .then put 2 tsp couscous stuffing on it . And roll like wrap .
  • Repeeat this process with remaining tortillas and make more wraps .
  • Take a pan add 1 tsp oil ,put one wrap on it and cook from both sides . Repeeat this process .couscous stuffed spinach tortilla wrap with hung curd dip is ready . Serve hot with hung curd dip.
