  • • 2 frozen banana


  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries


  • • 1 tbsp. cacao powder


  • • 2 tsp almond powder


  • • 1/2 cup milk


  • • 3 nos. dates




Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth, then pour into a bowl. (I used wonder chef nutri blend which made the smoothie so creamy and thick)
  • Top it with fruit like strawberries, chopped bananas, coconut flakes,etc.
  • Adding healthy and nutritional toppings is way to boost your bowl with extra nutritional benefits, and add fun textures and flavours to your bowl.
  • Grab a spoon, sit back and enjoy! And have healthy smoothie as a breakfast in the morning or as a fun with friends!!!
