First take quinoa and washed it properly. now in a pan dry roast quinoa for about 3-4 minutes .turn off the burner. keep this aside .
Now in a pan add 2 tsp oil ,then add cumin seeds and curry leaves . Now add chopped onion ,green chilli .saute it for about 2-3 minutes . Now add chooped tomatoes . Then add turmeric piwder ,red chilli powder and salt . Mix all ingredients well .
Now add 2 cups of water .when water starts boiling then add roasted quinoa . Then add 2 tsp lemon juice .cover it until 6-7 minutes .quinoa upma is ready ,garnish it with chopped coiander leaves . Serve hot .
