Roast the oats and keep aside.
Presoaked the white and red lobia in warm water for about 2 hours.
Boiled lobia in pressure cooker by adding salt for about 10 minutes.
In boiled lobia add hung curd and chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, pumpkin seeds.
Pour the lemon juice and sprinkle salt and chaat Masala .
Let it set for 4 minutes and then sprinkle some honey.
Now take a serving tray. Arrange a layer of roasted oats and nachos. sprinkle 1 tsp honey.
Then upon it lobia chaat in hung curd.
Garnish with curd, and pumpkin seeds.
