Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup roasted oats


  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds


  • 2-3 tsp honey


  • 1/2 cup hung curd


  • 1/2 cup corn nachos


  • 1 bowl white and red lobia boiled and mixed


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1 chopped tomato and cucumber


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt and chaat masala

Directions

  • Roast the oats and keep aside.
  • Presoaked the white and red lobia in warm water for about 2 hours.
  • Boiled lobia in pressure cooker by adding salt for about 10 minutes.
  • In boiled lobia add hung curd and chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, pumpkin seeds.
  • Pour the lemon juice and sprinkle salt and chaat Masala .
  • Let it set for 4 minutes and then sprinkle some honey.
  • Now take a serving tray. Arrange a layer of roasted oats and nachos. sprinkle 1 tsp honey.
  • Then upon it lobia chaat in hung curd.
  • Garnish with curd, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Enjoy this rich protein recipe.
