Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 GMs palak


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tsp garlic


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 cup grated paneer


  • 1/2 cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 6 cashews chopped


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 1/2 cup cornflour


  • 2 tbsp oil for deep frying of koftas


  • 1 tbsp oil for gravy and some other ingredients r


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 small mace, 2 cloves


  • 1 small cinnamon


  • 4 green cardamom


  • 1 cup onion chopped


  • 2 cup tomatoes purée


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp each of red chilli powder and coriander powder


  • 6-8 cashews paste


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp cream and grated paneer for garnish

Directions

  • Roast gram flour on low heat till aroma start.
  • Grind Palak , ginger, garlic and green chilli without adding water
  • Mix Palak puree, roasted besan, and all other ingredients. Keep this batter in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from refrigerator. Oil hands and take ball sized batter and shape them round.
  • Deep fry all koftas on high heat. Heat 1 tbsp oil , add whole garam masalas. Then add onion, tomato purée, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cumin powder
  • Now add cashews paste and green coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with any flat bread.
