Roast gram flour on low heat till aroma start.
Grind Palak , ginger, garlic and green chilli without adding water
Mix Palak puree, roasted besan, and all other ingredients. Keep this batter in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator. Oil hands and take ball sized batter and shape them round.
Deep fry all koftas on high heat. Heat 1 tbsp oil , add whole garam masalas. Then add onion, tomato purée, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cumin powder
Now add cashews paste and green coriander leaves.
Serve hot with any flat bread.
