Ingredients

200 grams tofu
50 grams Sihi 56% dark couverture chocolate
2 tablespoons coconut milk or any dairy free milk
30 grams rice flour
5 grams corn starch
50 grams brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions
In a blender add chopped tofu also add some coconut milk or any non dairy milk and blend to a smooth paste
add brown sugar to the tofu and blend well
chop the Sihi chocolate
Add to a double boiler and melt
Add the tofu mixture to the, melted and cooled chocolate mixture
Sift rice flour, corn starch, baking and cocoa powder mixture
Add this to the wet mixture
Pour the mixture to a lined and greased 7 inch square tin.
Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes
Slice into 2 inch sqaures and decorate with cocoa powder
Serve this soft and thin healthy, vegan, gluten free and dairy free brownies to your friends and family
