Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 small bowl whole wheat flour


  • 150 gms flax seeds


  • 3 tblspn almonds


  • 3 tblspn cashewnut


  • 50 gms lotus seeds


  • 50 gms raisins


  • 25 gms sunflower seeds


  • 1 bowl ghee


  • 3/4 th bowl brown sugar or sugar powder


  • 3 tlblspn melon seeds

Directions

  • Take a heavy bottom big kadai and heat it.
  • Now put the flour in it and start stirring continously so that it does not get burnt from the bottom.
  • While stirring,add spoon full ghee in between.
  • Flame should be medium.
  • On the other hand roast the flax seeds and all the dry fruits ingredients. except raisins.
  • Grind them after roasting.
  • Add all the ghee while stirring.
  • When the flour gets brown and starts aroming, then add grinded dryfruits and flaxseeds and raisins.
  • Mix them and add brown sugar or sugar powder.
  • Mix them very well and switch off the flame.
  • Let it cool down in room temperature.
  • When it cools down then take a scoop of the fllour mixture and starts binding with the palm in the shape of ball.
  • And now our full of protein Flax seeds Ladoo are ready to eat.
  • Flax seeds are high in protein and nutrients.
  • In this Ladoos, dryfruits added are also full of protein like lotus stem seeds, sunflower seeds,almonds etc etc.
  • Enjoy it specially in winters.
  • Ghee is a self in protein.
