Ingredients

  • Soyabean chunks 2 cup

  • Curd 1/2 cup

  • Ginger paste 1 tbs

  • Green chile paste 1/2 tbs

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs

  • Garom masala 1 tbs ( homemade)

  • Whole wheat flour 1 /2 cup

  • Protein powder 3 tbs

  • Salt 1 1/2 tbs

  • Warm water 1 cup

  • Peas 1/4 cup

  • Oil 2 tbs

Directions

    Take a bowl add soyabean chunks.

    Add warm water .

    Keep it for 30 minutes.

    Take a anpther bowl add curd,salt ginger and chile paste and suger,mixed it well.

    Wash soyabean chunks.

    Add it bowl,add oil and peas also.

    Mixed it well.keep it for 3.30 hours.

    Take pan add mixing soyabean chunks.

    Cover it for 20 minutes.

    Remove it

    Take a bowl add flour 1 pinch salt ,protein powder and water.

    Make soft a dough.

    Make ball.

    With the help of pin make a ruti.

    Take a tawa add ruti.

    Turn over the opposite site.

    Remove it.

    Baked the ruties.

    Keep it on a plate.

    Add soyabean chunks

    Fould it like roll.

    Serve hot soyabean roll.
