Ingredients

  • Soyabean chunks 2 cup


  • Curd 1/2 cup


  • Ginger paste 1 tbs


  • Green chile paste 1/2 tbs


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs


  • Garom masala 1 tbs ( homemade)


  • Whole wheat flour 1 /2 cup


  • Protein powder 3 tbs


  • Salt 1 1/2 tbs


  • Warm water 1 cup


  • Peas 1/4 cup


  • Oil 2 tbs

Directions

  • Take a bowl add soyabean chunks.
  • Add warm water .
  • Keep it for 30 minutes.
  • Take a anpther bowl add curd,salt ginger and chile paste and suger,mixed it well.
  • Wash soyabean chunks.
  • Add it bowl,add oil and peas also.
  • Mixed it well.keep it for 3.30 hours.
  • Take pan add mixing soyabean chunks.
  • Cover it for 20 minutes.
  • Remove it
  • Take a bowl add flour 1 pinch salt ,protein powder and water.
  • Make soft a dough.
  • Make ball.
  • With the help of pin make a ruti.
  • Take a tawa add ruti.
  • Turn over the opposite site.
  • Remove it.
  • Baked the ruties.
  • Keep it on a plate.
  • Add soyabean chunks
  • Fould it like roll.
  • Serve hot soyabean roll.
