Wash all vegatables and masoor dal.
Take a cooker add spinach , masoor dal and salt.
Cover it.
Wait for two whistle.
Remove it.
Take a pan add tomato,garlic,and green chile.
Roasted it
Take a mixer grinder add all roasted vegatables and boil dal and spinach.
Grinded it.
Take bowl add the mixer.
Add also extra stock .
Serve hot with margarine.
Note : you also boil all vegatables,but after roasted vegatables ,soup is more delicious.
