Take a pan dry roast the quinoa for few minutes
Take veesel add oil,mustard seeds,jeera, groundnut , chopped onions and green chillies,peas fry it few minutes
Then add chopped spinach ,salt after few minutes add water to the mixture ,when bubble started add quinoa mix well and close it with a plate to cook quinoa in medium flame
Then it's ready to serve its very healthy recipe for everyone
