  • 1 cup greek yougurt


  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  • 1/2 cup blueberry puree


  • 2 tsp honey


  • 1 tsp flex seeds


  • 1/4 cup strawberries cut into thin slices


  • 1 /4 cup blueberries

Directions

  • First in a bowl take greek yougurt and add chia seeds into this . Mix well . Cover it and put this into fridge for about over night or 5-6 hours .
  • Now take out this bowl form fridge .add blueberry puree and honey into this . Mix well .
  • Now tatsfer this mix into big bowl .sprikle some flex seeds on it . Garnish with blueberries and strawberries .Greek yogurt chia flex seeds bowl is ready .enjoy .
