Mix all dals and wash thoroughly. Soak for 4-5 hours. After 4 hours grind to paste and cover it and let it ferment for at least for 4 hours.
After fermenting add salt and green chilli ginger paste.
In the meanwhile grease idli stand and allow it to stand and allow it to stand on flame for 5 minutes.
Now add Eno packet in the batter and mix vigorously and pour the batter into idli stand with the help of a spoon.
Steam for 20 minutes. Sprinkle some red chilli powder at top.
After 20 minutes healthy multigrain idli r ready to be served by tempering with mustard seeds crackled in oil, pinch of hing and some curry leaves.
serve it with tomato ketchup.
