Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1/4 cup gramflour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 3/4 cup water


  • 1 tbsp butter ( for paneer Bhurjee)


  • 1/2 medium sized onion finally chopped


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp green chilli, ginger garlic paste


  • 2 roughly sliced tomatoes


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp green peas


  • 1/2 tbsp dey fenugreek leaves


  • 250 GMs grated paneer


  • 2 tbsp finally chopped coriander


  • 1 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream

Directions

  • For gram flour paste
  • Heat a pan and melt butter. Add gram flour and sauté well.
  • Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water and mix well. sauté until the rawness of flour and spices is gone. Rest it aside.
  • For paneer Bhurjee
  • Melt butter in pan and add onion, sauté well and add green chilli, ginger garlic paste. mix well.
  • Add sliced tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix well and add water.
  • Cook everything well together and add green peas. Mash everything until it gets a pasty texture.
  • Add gram flour paste and dry fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  • Add grated paneer, combine well and add finally chopped coriander.
  • Add grated cheese, lemon juice, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.
  • Serve it hot with chappati, naan, parantha or rumali roti
