Dry roast the poha on low flame until crisp. Transfer it to a plate and crush them a little once they cool down
Add all the ingredients except the poha and cocoa nibs to thw blender and blend until smooth
In the serving glass add some poha and top it with a smoothie.
Add another layer of poha and cocoa nibs and top it with all the smoothie .
Garnish with more crisp poha and cocoa nibs and serve immediately
