Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 3/4th cup of brown poha


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt


  • 3/4 cup water


  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1 tsp raw cocoa nibs


  • 1 large frozen banana

Directions

  • Dry roast the poha on low flame until crisp. Transfer it to a plate and crush them a little once they cool down
  • Add all the ingredients except the poha and cocoa nibs to thw blender and blend until smooth
  • In the serving glass add some poha and top it with a smoothie.
  • Add another layer of poha and cocoa nibs and top it with all the smoothie .
  • Garnish with more crisp poha and cocoa nibs and serve immediately
  • Enjoy the chocolate protein smoothie without whey protein
