First wash and soak Channa overnight
Then make it boil with salt and tea wrapped in a potli
Then make onion puree jeera chillies and all spices and add chana masala salt in one kv oil
Add tomato puree and 1 tspn dahi
Then mix it well add boiled chana and ad water lil then put the lid for five mins
Open and check it well
Serve it with batura or rice
