Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups besan


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1 pinch Hing


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds


  • 4 teaspoon chopped pudina leaves


  • 4 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 4 teaspoon white oil


  • 2 teaspoon Sattu


  • 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste


  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

Directions

  • in a bowl mix besan hing lemon juice salt very well. Add water then blend it and rest it for 10 minutes
  • add one teaspoon oil and baking soda in besan. now grease a bowl with 1/2 teaspoon oil and pour the batter in it . Steam it in medium heat about 15 minutes. Now Dhokla is ready.
  • after 10 minutes demould the Dhokla from the bowl then cut it in square pieces. next in a bowl mix curd sattu salt coriander leaves pudina leaves Kashmiri red chilli powder. heat a frying pan then put one teaspoon oil mustard seeds ginger garlic paste then saute it for one minute. now add the tadka in curd mixture.
  • Coat the dhokla pieces with the curd mixture. Now shallow fry the Dhokla pieces very gently. Tandoori Dhokla is ready.
