2 cups besan
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch Hing
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
4 teaspoon chopped pudina leaves
4 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup curd
4 teaspoon white oil
2 teaspoon Sattu
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
in a bowl mix besan hing lemon juice salt very well. Add water then blend it and rest it for 10 minutes
add one teaspoon oil and baking soda in besan. now grease a bowl with 1/2 teaspoon oil and pour the batter in it . Steam it in medium heat about 15 minutes. Now Dhokla is ready.
after 10 minutes demould the Dhokla from the bowl then cut it in square pieces. next in a bowl mix curd sattu salt coriander leaves pudina leaves Kashmiri red chilli powder. heat a frying pan then put one teaspoon oil mustard seeds ginger garlic paste then saute it for one minute. now add the tadka in curd mixture.
Coat the dhokla pieces with the curd mixture. Now shallow fry the Dhokla pieces very gently. Tandoori Dhokla is ready.
