Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 0.5 cup Flaxseed Powder


  • 4 tablespoon Vegan Protein


  • 1 cup Wholebran Flour


  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence


  • O.5 cup Pumpkin Seeds


  • 2 Bananas


  • 0.5 cup Oil (any)


  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon


  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg


  • 0.5 teaspoon Clove Powder


  • 2 Eggs


  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  • Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients in a blender or whisk the ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  • With a wooden spoon, fold the ingredients over each other. It should NOT be thoroughly mixed.
  • Add it to a muffin pan and put it into the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
