Rasgullas are unique amd delicious indian sweet which belongs to West Bengal ,but it's almost everyone's favourite dessert. Its rich in milk proteins amd good source of calcium . It's very low in cholesterol levels as it's not deep fried sweet, as other typical indian sweets. Let's have a look at it's recipe .
Boil milk and when its starts boiling add one tablespoon of vinegar to it
Stir consistently until milk curdles.

Now strain the curdled through a muslin cloth , we will get chhena (paneer/ cottage cheese) wash it with some fresh water, to remove vinegar tresses
Tie the knot to the cloth and hang it for 20 minutes to remove excess water
Now take out that solid milk and mash with palm of your hand until smooth and soft

Add four cups of water and 1-2 cups sugar into a big pan and allow it to boil
Add paneer balls to boiling sugar syrup
Cover it and boil for 10 minutes on high heat and then 10 minutes on very low heat
Later, allow them to cool completely on room temperature and then add cardamom powder, saffron and chopped dry fruits
Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy endlessly, soft spongy , flavourful juices rasgullas
