Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Urad dal 1 cup


  • Green chillies 5-6


  • Salt 1 spoon


  • Oil 4 cups


  • Red chilly powder 1 spoon


  • Chat masala 1 spoon


  • Coriander leaves 10


  • Water 1 cup


  • Cashews 4-5


  • Tamarind chutney 1 cup


  • Sev 1/2 cup


  • Curd 2 cups


  • Sugar 1 spoon

Directions

  • Soak urad dal for 8 hours.
  • Now in grinder jar take urad dal, water, green chillies and grind them to a fluffy batter.Note it should be little thick.
  • In a bowl take batter add salt, cashews and mix well.
  • Heat oil and make vadas of the batter and deep fry them.
  • In a bowl take curd, water, sugar, salt and mix it well. It should little thick dont make too much watery.
  • In a grinder jar take coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, chat masala, water and make green chutney of it.
  • In a plate take vadas, curd mixture, green chutney, tamarind chutney, red chilly powder, chat masala, sev and serve it.
