Soak urad dal for 8 hours.
Now in grinder jar take urad dal, water, green chillies and grind them to a fluffy batter.Note it should be little thick.
In a bowl take batter add salt, cashews and mix well.
Heat oil and make vadas of the batter and deep fry them.
In a bowl take curd, water, sugar, salt and mix it well. It should little thick dont make too much watery.
In a grinder jar take coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, chat masala, water and make green chutney of it.
In a plate take vadas, curd mixture, green chutney, tamarind chutney, red chilly powder, chat masala, sev and serve it.
