Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp yeast


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp rosemary


  • 1/2 tbsp oil


  • 1 cup grated broccoli


  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cup cheddar cheese


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp white and black sesame seeds

Directions

  • Add yeast in lukewarm water
  • Add sugar and mix keep it till bloom
  • Then take flour and salt
  • Make well in center and add yeast mix and rosemary
  • Make a soft dough knead for some time
  • Oil it and cover with cling
  • Keep at a warm place till double
  • Till then take brocolli and grate it
  • Heat 1 tsp butter and add broccoli
  • Cook a little then cool it
  • If desire add green chilli
  • And add spices and grate cheese
  • When dough doubles take it out
  • Knead some time then take dry flour on work place
  • Keep dough and spread with fingers in rectangular
  • In center add broccoli filling in lenghwise
  • Leave flour sides to stick with each other
  • Then stick all sides and make a roll
  • And keep it in baking tray for 20 min.
  • Then preheat ovan and give milk wash to the loaf
  • And sprinkle flakes and sesame seeds
  • Bake for 20 min.at 200 degree
  • When it become golden brown butter it and sprinkle parsley upon it
  • Serve hot
