Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup corn


  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves


  • 3 tsp oats powder


  • 2 brown bread


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 7-8 cloves of garlic


  • 2 green chilli


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1-2 tsp green chutney


  • 1-2 red chutney


  • 1-2 tsp tamarind chutney


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 3-4 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 3-4 tsp nylon sev


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • Boil the corn and strain them from water.
  • Also chopped the spinach and boil them in little water and strain it also.
  • After cooling down grind 3/4 of the corns along with ginger and garlic.
  • Then add the spinach and brown bread and again grind it ( not make it so watery.)
  • Then heat a pan and put 1 tsp oil in it.
  • Put cumin seeds and chopped green chilli in it. When the cumin seeds crackle then add the paste in it.
  • Also add the Garam masala powder in it saute it and add the oats powder in this time and mix it well.
  • When they become dry like a dough, then switch off the flame.
  • After cooling completely then mix the remaining boiled corns and half of the chopped onions in it and mix it well.
  • Then make tikki shapes of the dough.
  • Heat a pan add the remaining oil in it and fry the tikkis in it.
  • Beat the curd well.
  • Place the tikkis in a plate and put curd,the three types of chutnies, chopped onion ,coriander leaves, sev and sprinkle some chaat masala and chilli powder in it.
  • Now your corn spinach oats tikki chaat is ready to serve.
