Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Small sized potatoes 1 kg


  • Onions - 2 medium sized


  • Green chillis - 5


  • Coriander - 5 to 6 leaves


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon


  • Tarmeric 1/2 table spoon


  • Red chilli - 1 tablespoon or required


  • cashew nuts - 4 to 5


  • Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Heat the pan
  • Then add onions and green chillis , coriander
  • Fry till golden brown , add ginger garlic paste
  • Fry for few minuts and add boiled potatoes
  • Then add turmeric, red chilli powder , and garam masala powder
  • Put the lid for few minuts
  • Then serve with rice and roti
