1 cup moong dal (presoaked overnight)
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped kakdi
1/2 chopped cucumber
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
For train - 1 red bell pepper
4 tooth picks
4 - 5 mint leaves
4 - 5 mad angels for crunchiness
For salsa - In a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, jaldi, cucumber, salt, black pepper, chat masala and lemon juice mix well.
Add pre-soaked moong dal and mix well.
For train - cut the bell pepper into the center.
Cut the round slices of cucumber.
Now arrange the cucumber slices with tooth pick for train's wheel.
Fill the train with high protein Moongdal salad.
Garnish with mint leaves and mad angles.
Serve the high protein moongdal salad.
