Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup moong dal (presoaked overnight)


  • 1/2 chopped onion


  • 1/2 chopped tomato


  • 1/2 chopped kakdi


  • 1/2 chopped cucumber


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1/4 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • For train - 1 red bell pepper


  • 1/2 cucumber


  • 4 tooth picks


  • 4 - 5 mint leaves


  • 4 - 5 mad angels for crunchiness

Directions

  • For salsa - In a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, jaldi, cucumber, salt, black pepper, chat masala and lemon juice mix well.
  • Add pre-soaked moong dal and mix well.
  • For train - cut the bell pepper into the center.
  • Cut the round slices of cucumber.
  • Now arrange the cucumber slices with tooth pick for train's wheel.
  • Fill the train with high protein Moongdal salad.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and mad angles.
  • Serve the high protein moongdal salad.
