Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 300 gram paneer(150g for egg yolk and 150g for egg white potato mixture)


  • 2 onion


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 8-10 Cashewnut


  • 1/4Cup corn flour


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 4 clove


  • 4-5 black pepper corns


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves


  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen King masala


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 3-4 tablespoon oil


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • firstly take a grinder jar add onion, tomato, cashews add little water and grind it. make a fine paste. Keep aside.
  • take 150 grams crumbled paneer into a bowl add turmeric and salt mix it well for egg yolk.keep aside.
  • now add grated potato and crumble 150 Gram paneer into a bowl and mix. Add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and make a soft dough.
  • make both dough's into balls and stuff a yellow ball into a white ball and give shape all eggs roll in flour rest for 10- 15 minutes.
  • Heat up oil into a pan and drop prepared eggs in it fry til golden brown and crisp. take out in a serving dish.
  • for the gravy -heat up oil in a pan add whole spices,cumin seeds and Saute until nice Aroma.
  • after that add onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste and fry till nice golden brown colour.
  • now add all dry masala and cook it low flame until when oil starts to leave the sides.
  • Add fresh cream, fenugreek leaves, salt mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  • after that add 1 cup water into the masala mixture mix and stir well.
  • now add fried eggs into it, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • cover and cook 3-4 minutes more.
  • now take out the egg curry into a serving dish.Serve Naan, paratha, Roti etc.
