Moong dal 1 cup
Potato 2
Chopped onion 1
Chopped ginger 1 inch piece
Chopped green chilli 1
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Hing 1 pinch
achari masala 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
Directions
Soak the dal overnight
In the morning grind it into a fine paste
Boil the potatoes peel and mash well
Mix together moong dal and potatoes
Add the chopped onion ginger coriander chillies achari masala and salt and cornflour
Mix welli and shape into discs of equal size
Heat a non stick pan
Cook the tikkis adding few drops of oil in between
Serve with any sauce
