Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Moong dal 1 cup


  • Potato 2


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Chopped ginger 1 inch piece


  • Chopped green chilli 1


  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp


  • Hing 1 pinch


  • achari masala 1 tbsp


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Corn flour 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1 tsp or as per taste

Directions

  • Soak the dal overnight
  • In the morning grind it into a fine paste
  • Boil the potatoes peel and mash well
  • Mix together moong dal and potatoes
  • Add the chopped onion ginger coriander chillies achari masala and salt and cornflour
  • Mix welli and shape into discs of equal size
  • Heat a non stick pan
  • Cook the tikkis adding few drops of oil in between
  • Serve with any sauce
