Ingredients

1/2 cup chestnuts dried grinded
1/3 cup gramflour pr besan
1 cup curd homemade or dahi
1 small chopped
2 sabut red pepper
1 tablespoon ginger grated
4 to 5 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon turmeric or bit more
1 tablespoon chaat masala
1/3 tablespoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon kitchen king
1 pinch of hing
1/2 tablespoon rai or black mustard seeds
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
1/2 tablespoon dhaniya dana or coriander seeds
4 to 5 seeds of methi dana
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
2 or 3 curry leaves
1/2 tablespoon kasoori methi
4 tablespoons tamarind paste in the end to make more sour and flavorful is optional
Directions
Mix curd gramflour grinded chestnuts
Now add all the spices one by one
Add some water to mix well
Now take pan out some sunflower oil
Roast all the seeds like cumin seeds garlic ginger coriander seeds rai hing methi dana sabut red pepper curry leaves
Now put mixture of kadhi
Take one boil at high flame
Now keep boiling at very low flame for atleast 40 minutes
Check every after 4 minutes
Yummy chestnuts kadhi is ready
Add tamarind sauce to make more flavorful is optional
