Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups Soya chunks


  • 1/2 Bottle-guard grated


  • 2-3 tsp Chickpea flour


  • 1 tsp Green peas


  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder


  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder


  • 1 tsp Aamchur powder/ Lemon juice


  • 1 tsp Red chili powder


  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1tsp Salt


  • 2 tsp Oil/ Butter

Directions

  • Heat the Grated guard and peas in the pan till soft and to minimize water content of it
  • In other pan boiled soya chunks, remove water and washed it with normal water
  • Squeeze water from the soya
  • Make coarse powder of soya in the mixer and roast it till aroma
  • Smashed the veggies and mix all ingredients together except oil
  • Make elongated kabab of dough
  • Shallow fry on griddle with oil or butter
  • Serve with chutney or sauce
  • Very simple healthy protein dish is ready to serve
