Heat the Grated guard and peas in the pan till soft and to minimize water content of it
In other pan boiled soya chunks, remove water and washed it with normal water
Squeeze water from the soya
Make coarse powder of soya in the mixer and roast it till aroma
Smashed the veggies and mix all ingredients together except oil
Make elongated kabab of dough
Shallow fry on griddle with oil or butter
Serve with chutney or sauce
Very simple healthy protein dish is ready to serve
