Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup Green Lentils

  • 1/2 cup rice

  • 1 bunch spinach/ Palak

  • 2 green chilli

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon salt as per taste

  • 1 cup soya chunks

  • 150 gram grated paneer

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2 Green Chili finely chopped

  • 3 - 4 teaspoon tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoon coriander leaves

    firstly soak the green lentil and rice in water for about 5-6 hours.

    wash the spinach leaves really good with water 2-3 times.

    transfer the soaked dal and rice into a Blender jar and add spinach green chilli, cumin seeds, salt and grind it well. make a fine paste or puree.

    soaked soya chunks in warm water for 15 minutes and grind it

    heat up a pan add oil, chopped onion, green chilli and Saute 2-3 minutes.

    add Soya keema, grated paneer, black pepper powder and salt mix everything will together turn off the gas.

    cook It for 1-2 minute more after that add coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off gas.

    heat up a non stick Pan and grease a little oil on the pan.

    Add batter on the pan and spread it well. Roast until it get nice golden brown colour.

    Add a little oil on the chilla over it.

  • 11

    now take one spoon tomato sauce and spread it well on the chilla. Place the prepared stuffing on over it.

    Now gently roll it.

    cut the chilla into 2inch pieces, serve any chutney or sause.
