Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup Green Lentils


  • 1/2 cup rice


  • 1 bunch spinach/ Palak


  • 2 green chilli


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 1 teaspoon salt as per taste


  • 1 cup soya chunks


  • 150 gram grated paneer


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 2 Green Chili finely chopped


  • 3 - 4 teaspoon tomato sauce


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 2 teaspoon coriander leaves

Directions

  • firstly soak the green lentil and rice in water for about 5-6 hours.
  • wash the spinach leaves really good with water 2-3 times.
  • transfer the soaked dal and rice into a Blender jar and add spinach green chilli, cumin seeds, salt and grind it well. make a fine paste or puree.
  • soaked soya chunks in warm water for 15 minutes and grind it
  • heat up a pan add oil, chopped onion, green chilli and Saute 2-3 minutes.
  • add Soya keema, grated paneer, black pepper powder and salt mix everything will together turn off the gas.
  • cook It for 1-2 minute more after that add coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off gas.
  • heat up a non stick Pan and grease a little oil on the pan.
  • Add batter on the pan and spread it well. Roast until it get nice golden brown colour.
  • Add a little oil on the chilla over it.
  • now take one spoon tomato sauce and spread it well on the chilla. Place the prepared stuffing on over it.
  • Now gently roll it.
  • cut the chilla into 2inch pieces, serve any chutney or sause.
