Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup soaked moong daal


  • 4-5 boiled potato


  • 1/2 tsp mango powder


  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2tsp salt ya jaroorat anusar


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1-1/2 cup oil ya jaroorat anusar


  • 1 1tbsp finelly chopped coriander


  • 2- finelly chopped green chilly


  • 1/4 tsp asofetidia ( hing)

Directions

  • Soaked moong daal ki grinder me 2-3 TSP water mix karke paste bana le.
  • Boiled potatoes ko mash kar le .
  • Mashed potatoes me dry masale mix kare.
  • Chopped coriander aur green chilly mix kare.
  • Daal paste me bhi thoda sa salt aur chilly powder aur astofetdia ( hing) mix kare.
  • Kadhai me oil garam kare.
  • Aloo ke chotte chotte balls bana le aur daal ke paste me lapet or.
  • Garam tel me golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry kare.
