Grind onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes with little water into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a wok and lightly fry tofu cubes and take out from the oil.
Add cumin and whole garam masala allow it to splutter than add grounded paste and saute till the oil separates.
Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well.
Add 1 cup water and bring it to boil.
Now add fried tofu cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Finally add cream, garam masala, kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and switch off the gas.
Serve with roti, pratha or naan.
