Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup boiled cauliflower


  • 1 boiled potato


  • 1 scrambled egg


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 pinch of red chili powder


  • 1 pinch of chaat masala


  • 1 pinch of kitchen king


  • 1 pinch of black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch of rock salt


  • 1 pinch of cumin powder


  • 1 pinch of coriander powder


  • 8 to 10 boiled peas


  • 4 bread slices


  • 2 cheese slices

Directions

  • Take one hot pan out some butter
  • Roast all the spices together
  • Stir for 4 to 6 seconds
  • Now add boiled potatoes cauliflower peas scrambled egg
  • Now keep separate the mixture and take flat pan to make sandwich
  • Roast with butter one side of two bread slices
  • Put one teaspoon ketchup on roasted side and add cheese slice then set mixture ready
  • Cover with another roasted slice and roast with butter until looks crunchy brown
  • Yummy healthy sandwich ready.make another sandwich same style
