Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken boneless pcs

  • 4 slice bread

  • 2 tspn mayonise

  • 1 cube cheese

  • 1 Onion chopped

  • 1 coloured capsicum each- red green yello

  • 2 tbspn each Sauces vinegar soya sauce

  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tspn oregano

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1 tspn green chilli

  • 1 tspn garlic paste

  • 1 tspn chat masala

  • 2 tspn dahi

  • 1 tbsp amchur pwdr

    First wash chkn properly

    Then give marination to chkn add dahi salt red chilli amchur chat masala green chillies

    Mix well

    And leave for 30 mins and then cook in a KADAI with 1 kv oil

    After 5 mins add all your veggies

    Then add sauces in it

    After that add half of mayonise in it

    After that turn off the flame it takes 15 to 20 mins

    Then take bread slice or garlic bread as per ur wish

    I'll make both first for sandwich we apply butter on all side then on one side apply sauce and on side apply chutney

    Then put chkn pallet then add cheese then grill it for 5 mins and leave as a pallet with garlic bread and bake garlic bread for 2 mins with cheese topped on it
