Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken boneless pcs


  • 4 slice bread


  • 2 tspn mayonise


  • 1 cube cheese


  • 1 Onion chopped


  • 1 coloured capsicum each- red green yello


  • 2 tbspn each Sauces vinegar soya sauce


  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tspn oregano


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 1 tspn green chilli


  • 1 tspn garlic paste


  • 1 tspn chat masala


  • 2 tspn dahi


  • 1 tbsp amchur pwdr

Directions

  • First wash chkn properly
  • Then give marination to chkn add dahi salt red chilli amchur chat masala green chillies
  • Mix well
  • And leave for 30 mins and then cook in a KADAI with 1 kv oil
  • After 5 mins add all your veggies
  • Then add sauces in it
  • After that add half of mayonise in it
  • After that turn off the flame it takes 15 to 20 mins
  • Then take bread slice or garlic bread as per ur wish
  • I'll make both first for sandwich we apply butter on all side then on one side apply sauce and on side apply chutney
  • Then put chkn pallet then add cheese then grill it for 5 mins and leave as a pallet with garlic bread and bake garlic bread for 2 mins with cheese topped on it
