  • Carom seeds 1/2 cup


  • Almonds 20


  • Cashew nuts 20


  • Raisins ,2 tbsp


  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup


  • Dry ginger powder 1/4 cup


  • Poppy seeds 1/4 cup


  • Clarified butter 1/2 cup


  • Grated jaggery 1 cup

Directions

  • Blend the carom seeds to make a powder Grate the coconut and dry roast the poppy seeds. Heat clarified butter in a pan Add dry fruits and fry all the dry fruits one by one. Once cooled crushed the dry fruits Heat jaggery and clarified butter in a pan When jaggery melt add carom seeds powder and dry ginger powder and mix well. Add all dry fruits,grated coconut and poppy seeds and mix well Once cooled make a ladoo.
