First roast in hot oily pan curry leaves laung or cloves black pepper seeds cumin seeds hot pepper cashew peanuts
Now in same pan after separating fried the all things out.put some oil and chopped onion
Roast it at one side and blend all fried ingredients on the other side in blender and make a smooth masala
Make the onion browned and add green chilli ginger garlic tomatoes
Stir at low flame for 7 to 8 minutes and put blended masala with all the spices
Let stir it on low flame for atleast 20 minute
Now add some water and add chopped paneer with matar.wait for 3 whistles and garnish with coriander leaves
