Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 8 to 10 diced Indian CHEESE homemade


  • 2 big ONIONS


  • 3 big TOMATOES


  • 2 GREEN CHILI


  • 5 cloves of GARLIC


  • 1 tablespoon diced GINGER


  • 3 to 4 CLOVES OR LAUNG


  • 2 CURRY LEAVES


  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN SEEDS


  • 5 to 6 pieces of CASHEW


  • 5 to 6 pieces of PEANUTS


  • 2 sabut RED CHILLI OR HOT PEPPER


  • 1 tablespoon SALT


  • 1 tablespoon RED CHILLI POWDER


  • 1 tablespoon TURMERIC


  • 1/3 tablespoon BLACK PEPPER SEEDS


  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN POWDER


  • 1 tablespoon KITCHEN KING


  • 1 tablespoon CORIANDER POWDER


  • 1/2 cup PEAS

Directions

  • First roast in hot oily pan curry leaves laung or cloves black pepper seeds cumin seeds hot pepper cashew peanuts
  • Now in same pan after separating fried the all things out.put some oil and chopped onion
  • Roast it at one side and blend all fried ingredients on the other side in blender and make a smooth masala
  • Make the onion browned and add green chilli ginger garlic tomatoes
  • Stir at low flame for 7 to 8 minutes and put blended masala with all the spices
  • Let stir it on low flame for atleast 20 minute
  • Now add some water and add chopped paneer with matar.wait for 3 whistles and garnish with coriander leaves
