  • Palak200gm Mmattar50gm Dhaniya50gm Tur dal1tbls Tomato1 Greenchilli2 Red chilli powder/2tsp Salt to taste Amchoor1/2tsp Garlicchopped1tsp Desighee1tbls Roasted besan1tsp

Directions

  • Take ingredients salt to taste ina cooker add 1cup water and after 1wistle cook on slow fire for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and mash with masher. Add besan and anchor and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Heat ghee in a pan add garlic and fry till brown .Pour in khatta saag
  • Eat with rice or chapati
